Returns
Okum Made will accept purchases in its original new and unused condition for a refund/exchange when accompanied by the original sales slip within 30 days from date of delivery. Customer is responsible for any additional fees that may be charged at International Customs. Please notify us in advance of any returns/exchange we should be expecting or the package is subject to refusal. All correctly returned products will be refunded to the purchaser in the same form as was utilized for payment, and will exclude shipping costs. Please be aware that it can take up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Timeline We will start processing your order immediately. As long as the goods are in stock, they will be packed up carefully within five working days and sent off. Shipping Shipping carriers we use for domestic orders is UPS and DHL for international orders. As soon as your order has shipped, we will email you the tracking number.
